1. Data controller
The person responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Thomas Jaspers
Erlenstraße 9
47198 Duisburg
Germany
Email: info@jaspers-works.de
2. General information on data processing
Cinder Directive provides a fictional strategic archive. The website code contains no user accounts, forms or newsletter sign-ups and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising services. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Website delivery and hosting
This website’s hosting provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
Delivering a requested page requires the technical processing of connection data such as the IP address. This processing is distinct from storing data, for example in access logs. The local Python development server logs requests in the terminal.
4. Cookies, browser storage and resources
The website code does not set cookies or use Local Storage, Session Storage or IndexedDB.
Images, icons, fonts, stylesheets and scripts are served from this project. No external media or third-party resources are embedded.
5. Contact by email
Incoming emails to info@jaspers-works.de are received by ALL-INKL.COM and forwarded to a Googlemail mailbox (Gmail). Sender and recipient details, message content and any attachments are transmitted to Google and stored in the destination mailbox.
If you write to info@jaspers-works.de, your email address, your name if provided, and your message are processed to handle your enquiry and stored in email correspondence. This voluntary contact takes place outside the website; simply viewing a page containing an email link does not send a message.
General enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is responding to your message. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to enquiries concerning a contract or steps prior to entering into one. Data are deleted when no longer needed to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Recipients and transfers
ALL-INKL.COM provides hosting and receives and forwards incoming emails. Google receives the forwarded messages for the Googlemail mailbox. Google describes processing on servers in various countries, so processing exclusively within the European Economic Area is not guaranteed.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20).
Right to object: Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect (Article 7(3) GDPR); this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR, particularly in the place where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. In North Rhine-Westphalia, you can contact the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information at:
